Dana Olson | Interior Designer

I'm inspired by Japanese art in its many forms. The delicate balance of color, form and space is a strong influence on my design sense. My goal as I work with clients is to use this sensibility to achieve comfortable and lasting interiors that are both functional and aesthetically beautiful.

Color has always been a source of fascination for me. My college degree in studio art and art history and a year of study in Florence, Italy was the foundation for my later studies and degree in Interior design.

My work in interior design is integrated with building construction. I have consulted for contractors on residential design projects for over twenty years. This dual experience gives me the ability to design interiors, cabinetry and architectural details and to create computer generated design drawings.
