The Living Room is viewed from the entry with an extended view to the pool terrace and on to the golf course. A lively color scheme for entire home was created using the client's desire to employ red and orange. This room begins with the rich combination of watery red and orange as well as liquid blue in the hand printed Italian fabric selected for the large pillow on the sofa. The red is again emphasized on the two occasional chairs. The custom square cocktail table is finished in a special Burmese red/orange hand paint.
The custom round area rug give “place” to the seating area in this living room and moves the traffic patterns to the surrounding limestone floor.
